MONDAY MANTRA: "I am love. Love surrounds me everywhere I go. Thank you"
Often times we look outside of ourselves for the things we desire, that are closest to our heart. When the mere thing we desire is already inside of us.
This is usually due to fear, but one thing we know for sure is that fear and love can't co-exist.
So this week I inspire you to feed the love inside of you with this mantra. Meditate on it daily and throughout your day.
If fear tries to creep in use this mantra to blast it with...
"I am love. Love surrounds me everywhere I go. Thank you"
